✦We only refund items that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of order being delivered. We do not ship replacements.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED ON SATURDAY . *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS All packages are shipped via USPS First Class. First Class takes up to 3 business days to ship anywhere in the United States. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost. If you want coverage on your package you will have to pay $20.

  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

  • All sales are final. If product is damaged when received, please contact me immediately and no later than 2 business days after you have received the item. Refund must be made within 24 hours of your purchase.
